Inclined-tube
Mainly used for sedimentation and sand removal, it is a widely used and mature water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering in the past decade. It has the advantages of wide applicability, high processing efficiency, and small footprint. It is suitable for sand removal at water inlet, sedimentation of general industrial and domestic water supply, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration treatment. It is suitable for both new construction projects and the renovation of existing ponds, and can achieve ideal usage effects.

The main advantages are:

1. Wet perimeter is large, hydraulic radius is small.

2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle settling is not affected by turbulent flow interference.

3. When the length of the inclined pipe is 1m, the effective load is 3-5t/m²• H design. VO is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0mm/s, and the effluent quality is good.

4. When using fiberglass honeycomb inclined pipes with a length of 2.0-3.0m at the water intake, it can reach 50-100kg/m³Operate treatment in high turbidity with high mud and sand content.

5. Adopting inclined tube sedimentation tank, its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of accelerated clarification tank and pulse clarification tank.

Straight pipe
Mainly used as microbial carriers for biofilters, high load biofilters, tower biofilters, submerged biofilters (also known as contact oxidation tanks), and biological turntables, for biochemical treatment of industrial organic wastewater and urban sewage. The main characteristics are: 1. Higher treatment efficiency than activated sludge process, with a general hydraulic load of 100-200m³／ｍ²The daily organic load is 2000-5000g/m³Therefore, the footprint has been reduced. 2. The aeration intensity is lower than that of activated sludge method, and there is no need for sludge reflux, which can reduce power consumption and simplify management. 3. The small amount of sludge reduces the workload of post-treatment such as sludge dewatering. 4. The generated sludge has good settling properties, which is beneficial for the removal of suspended solids in the later stage. 5. Strong adaptability, able to adapt to a wide range of different water qualities, with strong tolerance for sudden changes in water quality and quantity, and maintaining stable treatment effects. 6. As long as scientific operation management is carried out and regular flushing and sewage discharge are carried out, it generally will not cause blockage.
